Second bedroom with Queen size bed and TV. Living room with a full futon-sofa, dinning table for six, TV and entertainment system. Property includes pool area with outdoor BBQ, and a 18 hole golf course, marina and playground. Kayaks available for rental. We also have beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling items, buggy boards, floatation devices for your use. Club house restaurant is also available with great food. I hesitate to review this condo because I am afraid it will begin filling up and I won\'t be able to rent it again. The owner is very easy to work with. The security is great. The view is spectacular. The condo is very thoughtfully furnished with everything you will need. Even a hair straighter. My family will definitely be returning. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. Rafael was a fantastic host and worked through a last minute booking to accommodate our schedule. He has all the beach gear you might need available in the condo and ready to go! Check out Playa Buye and Playa Sucia.. both a very short drive away!
When we arrived, we had to go in through a security gate and after checking in, we went through another security gate by using the provided remote. (LOVE THAT) We open the door of the condo, we saw the beach from the balcony. What a view! We were pleasantly surprised with all the home amenities that you don\'t get from a hotel were there. Mr Alvarez left little notes every where around the condo so that we were familiar with all the home amenities. The AC worked great and beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was great for my 10 year old. When hitting our private beach, we had beach chairs and an umbrella that was in the condo. We had a cooler that we used when going on day trips. The pool was so close and always warm. The little details of this place is what I will cherish. Mr. Alvarez had board games, books, DVDs that we used as a family. We will be back. What a place. Hope to play golf next time. 5 stars!!
Rafael provided everything that you could need when on vacation. The view was spectacular and the apartment had adequate space.
My family and I had the opportunity to stay over a weekend and had a wonderful time! The outdoor pool was great for the kids and had a great view of the ocean. The apartment was decorated tastefully and simple. I was amazed at the organization and the amount of supplies offered, i.e. boogie boards, beach toys, beach umbrella, flippers, cooking supplies, etc. All of which was in great condition. The view from the apartment is beautiful. The pictures listed do not do it justice. I would recommend staying at this apartment to anyone. Hopefully my family and I will get the opportunity to stay here again.
Really mean it when is the perfect place to forget daily stress from work and people. No LOUD people around, NO reggeaton (at least on our stay), NO worries if we forgot something. Everything needed and not needed was provided on the property. The landlord had EVERYTHING covered. All from a very well equipied kitchen to the band-aid needed for any minor cuts. Property is VERY well kept, clean and FULLY FUNCTIONAL. Comfortable is an understatement. But the best feature it has, is how centric it is. You want beach, golf, great seafood, a nice pool and breathtaking sunsets?? this is THE PLACE!! Totally satisfied with the attentions from the landlord. It was everything and more of what we expected. Already planning our next visit to this place.
We are from a small town in Iowa, don\'t know anyone else who has ever spent a vacation in Puerto Rico.. Cabo Rojo totally exceeded our every expectation, we were here 6 weeks and never were without something to do, weather by the way is great 79 to 85 EVERYDAY!! Our accommodations were perfect .. We are already commited to do 2 months next year at the same place.
This property is a tranquil and an awesome place. Owners are accommodating and very personable. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We stayed at Rafael\'s apartment for 9 days and everything was great. It had everything we could possibly need. All of the amenities were there for us to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, paper towels, utensils aluminum foil, zip lock bags and trash bags. The atmosphere was very inviting. The rooms both had ceiling fans and air conditioners which was a huge plus. Also there is a pool with a bbq grill next to it that you can use. The balcony is awesome to wake up to go out and drink coffee on and look at the beach. The home was very relaxing. It also has beach toys, body board, snorkeling gear, and a cooler for you to use, which we used everyday when we went out traveling to the beach and sight seeing! Oh yea and Theres a stackable washer and dryer that we used a lot. Plus all the cleaning supplies you could possibly need. This place was prefect for the price! It is not hard to find with GPS or Rafael\'s directions. Its in a gated community and felt very safe, and its pretty secluded! Another perk is that its located near beautiful beaches and next to a Little.place called Joyuda which is known for their great seafood restaurants! Which is a must try for most going to Puerto Rico. Rafael is a great host he kept in contact with me before going to the place and when leaving to make sure our stay was good. We will definitely be renting this place again next time we go to Puerto Rico. Thank you for everything Rafael! we will be back!

The view is amazing. Even though the beach is not great for swimming the view and tranquility of the water was amazing. Very organize and clean apartment there was nothing that we needed that the property was lacking. Excellent pool area, very clean. Close to supermarket, restaurants and beaches. I would definitely stay there again.

Owner spoke great english, very helpful! Everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach is provided, except your beach towels, bring those. Cooler, beach chairs, swim fins, snorkeling masks, boogie boards. The beach out front not a great swimming beach but was told past the weeds is a reef to snorkel. Beautiful beaches close by, 10 to 15 minute drive. Well maintained complex. Everything it promised was true!
It is hard to describe how well equipped for everything this place was! the location, the ambience, everything was wonderful. The owner really goes out of the way to have anything you need to make the stay a wonderful one. I would definitely go back again and again. There is safe parking so that really was a plus, we did not have to worry about the car being broken into since there is surveillance around the clock. The place was quiet, you can really hear the ocean, the birds, nature. This place is close to downtown and shopping areas, there are lots of restaurants and grocery store really closed by so if you want to cook a home meal you can do that. This place is equipped with everything from plates, silverware, pots and pans to microwaves etc. A washer and a dryer are there in case you want to do your laundry. The pool is nice. Overall, I am glad we picked this place. Thanks to Mr. Alvarez for a wonderful experience. :-)

The location of this apartment is fabulous. Facing the sea, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The apartment has everything you need, just bring food and towels to pool or beach. Dr. Alvarez is very attentive and friendly. I recommend this apartment, if you want to rest and disconnect from work, cell phone, etc ...
I loved the treatment of the Owner Dr. Rafael who was very helpful, kind and at the same time we provided all the comforts that we needed. In addition the apartment is beautiful and super comfortable. Very clean and organized. Its location is very close to other very good places also to enjoy. I recommend it always. Of course, if I have to go back to this same place.
This is an excellent property with all the facilities. Totally clean, beautiful and simply amazing. You only need to bring your clothes, beach towels and food. Everything else is included and when I said everything is everything. I recommend 100% this apartment for your family vacations.

This property is right in front of the beach! Great location, nicely maintained, nice amenities, safe, clean and very comfortable. Rafael was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay in Cao Rojo and the apartment was great. The property grounds are very clean and well managed with great security. Rafael was amazing and bent over backwards to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. He is a great communicator! The apartment was very clean well furnished with everything needed to enjoy a relaxing time. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and I particularly liked the snorkeling that was right off the beach, which had some of the best variety of corals I’ve seen in all of the Caribbean. Thank you for making our first stay in Puerto Rico so wonderful.
My wife, myself and our two girls stayed here for 9 days and when leaving we wished we could stay longer. We totally agree with the other reviewers. This is very nice property and a great place to vacation. We definitely recommend this place and will come back when decide to visit the South-west of Puerto Rico again. There are number of beautiful beaches around (Playa Sucia was our favourite about 30 min away), shopping, restaurants close by. We did couple of trips .. Gulligan\'s Island (45min away), Rio Camuy Caves (1.5 hr drive). The Appartment is nice and clean and has all you need for your stay and the owner Rafael is very easy to deal with. Thank you for a great vacation! We will be back.
We found our accommodations perfect for the rest and renewal we were looking for. Directly on the beach with sunset views.The beach had very few people each day and the snorkeling once out over the shallow reef was great! There was no where to swim as it is shallow and the reef is wide, but the available kayaks and the pool provided many hours of fun along with short beach walks.The apartment was big enough for the 3 of us, 4 would be fine.It was clean and had everything we needed for putting together simple meals and BBQ. The view was peaceful and inviting . We enjoyed the comfort and relaxation of the lani every morning while having breakfast and reading. It was easy to get to Rincon for a day of surfing,down to Combat Beach for great meals as well as down the road a ways for fresh fish and seafood in Jordya. Rafael was available to answer questions and provide some helpful hints for our stay. It was safe and easy to get too once on the West Coast.We would certainly consider visiting this apartment once again.
Overall very nice property and an excellent place to vacation, highly recommended. Nice size 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, bedrooms spacious enough, king size bed in master with adjoining bathroom, queen size bed in other bedroom. Beds comfy. rooms quiet for sleeping. Ceiling fans and A/C in each which work well and are quiet. Bathrooms basic but adequate, shower with tub in each, single sink, counter space adequate. Kitchen functional, enough counter space, no dishwasher but we ate out so that wasn\'t an issue for us. Kitchen has all needed utensils, cookware and such. Clothes washer and dryer off kitchen. Dining table off kitchen, living room with futon sofa and chair. Used the futon 2 nights for a guest, guest found it comfy. A/C and ceiling fan in living room area. Decent size balcony with sliding glass doors off living area, balcony accommodates 4 persons well. Condo large enough for 2 couples View from the balcony was great, just as in picture. Waters edge maybe 200 feet from unit, close enough to hear the water and feel the ocean breezes. The beach is pretty to look at and to walk, but not a great swimming beach, many great beaches a short drive away. Swimming pool on property, only used it one but it was clean and a good size. Condo is in Haciendas De Golf y Playa, a quiet, gated community, appears to be an affluent neighborhood with condo complex towards back of community right on the waters edge. Very quiet and peaceful here. Golf course and tennis facilities near complex. Need to drive a minute or two to get out of community. Condo complex well maintained. Property owners easy to work with and were responsive to a minor issue we had while we were there, offered a resolution to the issue, and immediately worked to resolve the issue ( slow internet speed, wife had difficulty connecting to internet using laptop ). Easy check in / check out. Condo was clean and well maintained. Really liked Cabo Rojo, town has a nice relaxed vibe and the people I found very nice. Small downtown area a few minutes from condo has good restaurants ( a nice steak house which was good - appreciated after many nights of seafood ) and bars ( great mojitos in this town ). There is another area a few minutes from condo in the other direction which has a row of restaurants right on the water, there must be 15 or 20 of them, that have great fresh local seafood. And the beaches, plentiful and amazing. Overall a great stay, highly recommended!
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for a month. It was wonderful!! Where do I begin? The condo is clean and nicely decorated. The view off the balcony is perfect, ocean within a couple hundred feet, calm to small waves, with stately palm trees. We spent a lot of time on the deck, relaxing or having meals. The king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with large fridge with ice maker, full stove, as well as many nice small appliances, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, etc. washer/dryer worked very well. There was a pull behind cooler which we took along each day we went out. The pool area was very nice with comfortable chairs and loungers. Regular pool as well as a kiddy pool. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The beach is quite shallow with sea grass and rocks, but if you enjoy snorkelling and can swim a couple hundred feet to the reef, it is well worth it. Lots of healthy coral and a few smaller fish. Some of the other condo guests saw octopus and lobster. There are three large grocery stores within a 15 minute drive. The condo is in a gated community close to Cabo Rojo, about 2.5 hours from San Juan. Very safe and quiet. We were lulled to sleep by the Coqui frogs each night. We explored the west coast extensively and found lots of lovely beaches, Buye and Combat were our favorite. Lots of quaint, reasonably priced restaraunts as well as roadside vendors. Our favorite was La Papas further north at km 20.4 on hwy 115. They serve a wonderful stuffed potatoe. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico, and we absolutely loved it! Rafael was super easy to deal with!
This was a very nice base to work from to explore the calm waters of Western Puerto Rico. We had one teenager and 2 small children and it fit our needs very well. Rafael even had a crib for our youngest. We really enjoyed sitting on the large deck. The unit has a lot of extras like beach toys, chairs, and cooler. The complex is inside of a nice gated sports community. We did not use the golf course, tennis courts, or marina facilities but they looked nice. We hit many nearby beaches and found our favorite to be Buye Beach. Two others that were nice and a short drive away were Boqueron and Playa Sucia/La Playuela (some call it one name and some the other, its down the hill from the Los Morrillos Lighthouse). Going to La Parguera was a short drive. We watched surf forecasts for the day surf was low and went snorkeling off the beach at Steps beach near Rincon.
This place as amazing I totally recommend. We are definately coming back this summer and staying here again. The view from the balcony, the privacy you name it. The condo apartment was beyond our expectations. It had everything we needed we didn\'t have to leave the condo. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The whole apartment/condo was super neat and clean. The owner Rafael was very helpful and nice answered all our calls and emails promptly. We were two adults and two senior adults the place was perfect close to the parking with a ramp in case anyone has a family member that is handicapped etc. I recommend anyone to stay here this place is so quiet and private and breath taking!
\"Relaxing, Beachfront apartment\" says it all. We are 2 couples, one from upstate NY and one from VA, who rented this apartment to reconnect and relax! The apartment was lovely, immaculate, and as Rafael says, \"All you need to bring is beach towels\". This home was very comfortable and well equipped for enjoying the indoor and outdoor activities. There were books, games, and DVD\'s available! Equipment for enjoying water activities, coolers and beach chairs were there for our use! The accommodations were more than adequate for us, affording us both privacy and space to enjoy each other. The balcony overlooked the water, were we enjoyed the natural beauty and spectacular sunsets! The location was very convenient to Cabo Rojo Plaza, Rincon, Ponce and many, many, beautiful beaches and small towns. The apartment is in a secure, gated community with golf on the premises. The private beach had a bit of seaweed and coral, but was nevertheless, refreshing and enjoyable especially if you used the bogey board to get beyond that. Rafael was very approachable and accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. He made us comfortable from the reservation process to promptly returning \"left behind\" objects, that he realized we left we behind before we did! The beach and pool area were very quiet (may be time of year) but also clean and pleasurable. The common areas were well maintained. The men in our party are self-proclaimed duffers, but felt a little bit like the golf course could be better maintained, and was somewhat confusing, but the staff on the course and in the clubhouse were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, with a reliable, trustworthy owner, in a clean, well furnished apartment, look no more!
The property is in a great location and has an incredible view of the ocean. It is in a gated community so it was very safe. The condo is well-maintained and clean. Rafael is very helpful and we will stay there on our next trip to PR.
