Bradenton Beach Club 242 located at 242 17th Street N in Bradenton Beach is a very spacious and comfortable two bedroom, two bath with a den bay side condo in a beautiful tropical setting. This beautiful unit has a open floor plan with a dining area fully stocked kitchen and counter bar. The decor is simply elegant! There is a nicely furnished screened in lanai with partial view of the bay and the skyway bridge on a clear day. Amenities include two pools, one of which is directly on the beach and a hot tub, elevator, fishing and kayak pier and nature walk. Directly across from the beach with covered parking.
 
This wonderful unit will accommodate six people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom and na full size Klik Klak futon in the den.
 
It features a 55" curved flat screen tv in the living room and a 32" tv in the master bedroom. Free wifi is included of course!
 
Bradenton Beach Club is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to two cars.
Condo application is required.

Nice 2 bath condo with all amenities. Easy access to both the gulf and the back bay. The nearby pool was easy to get to an well maintained.

WE LOVED THIS CONDO! Spacious, open, and CLEAN! At night we would play cards on the lanai. During the day it was the pool and beach. DEFINITELY will return!

Perfect location!


This was the perfect place to spend the week between Christmas and New Year\'s! The condo was a wonderfully clean, modern, and comfortable space for my family and me to call \"home\" for the week. All the kitchenware needed for cooking (and dishwasher, yay!), DVDs, books, games, beach towels and chairs, fast Wi-Fi etc. were there for us to use during our stay. We loved reading poolside, sitting in the hot tub, watching the sunset at the beach and the bay. The beach was right there, clean, and beautiful, and we have so many good memories now of collecting seashells, building sandcastles, and seeing dolphins out in the water!
