This Classic beach cottage has been completely renovated and is truly home away from home. You can sit outside and enjoy the million dollar view of the gulf. The cottage is located away from the crowds in a quiet residential neighborhood with a relaxed atmosphere. The "World's Most Beautiful Beach" is a 70 yard walk away. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach at Laguna Beach which is a private strip of beach. There is a landmark donut shop, "Thomas Donuts" just around the corner from the cottage. You can walk two blocks to the local grocery store, "Carousel" for all your needs. There is family recreation, golf, a great selection of restaurants, and a fabulous shopping mall, "Pier Park" within 5 miles.
 
Beds: 1 King , 1 Queen , 1 Queen Sofa Bed. Completely furnished with everything to make it home away from home. Located on a private strip of beach that has no construction and is for recreation purposes for the owners and their guest.
 
Area Information
Quiet area on the west end of the beaches conveniently located for shopping at the largest mall at Panama City, "Pier Park", water activities, restaurants etc

Residence is Dothan, al located 80 miles north of Panama city, fl.Attended University of Alabama and Auburn University earning a Master's degree in Math and Physics. Worked as an aerospace engineer for 15 years at NASA in Huntsville, Al. Have been involved with various private computer software businesses and currently have a computer and network business for homes and office. Am an avid saltwater fisherman and love college sports.
