Cottage One is a beautifully renovated Victorian cottage, and was part of the original Bayside Farm Inn resort. The original stone fireplace is a prominent feature of outside structure. The cozy cottage has three bedrooms. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a full bath downstairs for your added convenience and comfort. The cottage was recently renovated, enlarged and a wide deck added to the exterior of the house on three sides, great for entertaining family and friends. A wooden trellis was also added to the front of the cottage to enhance your bayside viewing pleasure.
 
Cottage One, like all Bayside Cottages is fully equipped. Everything is provided from cooking utensils, small appliances, pots and pans to bedding and linens. A barbecue and lawn furniture are provided for entertaining family and friends and there are plenty of good books and magazines available. A propane heater is also provided for those cool late summer evenings. Each cottage also includes a washer and dryer, TV, VCR, telephone, indoor heating, and an outdoor firepit. And parking is seldom a problem. There is usually plenty of parking for one, two or more vehicles at each cottage.
