Winner of the Top Vacation Rental, Casa Buena Suerte is a stunning Hacienda style villa that overlooks the majestic beaches and reef of Soliman Bay and the Caribbean Sea. Designed for fun and relaxation, the main house will comfortably accommodate 10 adults and up to 4 children. Add our private Beachside Palapa Suite with 20 ft ceilings and spectacular views for a total of 12 Adults + 5 children.  The Main House + Palapa Suite will accommodate up to 17 guests. (12 adults+ 5 children) 
 
With numerous areas for entertaining, it's the perfect venue for traveling with friends or family. We designed the Villa as a boutique getaway that you can enjoy as your own vacation home, but with all the services of a fine Hotel. Enjoy kayaking and snorkeling on your own beach, or a just short ride to one of the Riviera Maya's aqua parks or the Tulum Ruins. For those who want to pamper themselves, our spa services include massage, yoga, manicure and many Mayan, holistic, and Ayurvedic treatments.
 
Our housekeeping staff is on duty Monday through Saturday to make your stay comfortable; luxury linens, great bathrooms with Mayan spa amenities and a world class Chef.  We offer our Chef Service to make your stay a truly relaxing vacation. Wake up each morning to fresh hot coffee and a delicious home cooked breakfast then decide on lunch and dinner. Our Chef staff will shop for your groceries, prepare delicious meals, serve and clean up after each meal. We can also make reservations at some of the best spots on the Riviera Maya; just let us know your needs and we will make every effort to assure they are fulfilled.

Casa Buena Suerte has a vast outdoor entertainment area located just steps from the beach so you can swim, dine, and entertain while looking at the sea. While most other homes have smaller and less private outdoor space, CBS offers the luxury of a large private outdoor area that you won't find anywhere else.

Best Beachfront Villa


Just spent the best week at Casa Buena Suerte. Delightful staff attended to all our needs, delicious food and amazing environment. The outdoor space is large enough and has so many areas to retreat to if you need to get away. Loved the big swimming pool. The tile on the bottom of the pool feels silky smooth so you can stay in it for hours. Overall fantastic experience!

Great Family Vacation


Our family visited Casa Buena Suerte in late February and we loved the house and the support from the staff. First off the house itself is great - we were a large group and the house and the grounds are large enough for everyone to have personal space and at the same time we gathered for meals at the outdoor table and hung out by the pool or in the hammocks throughout the day. We loved the location - the beach is quiet and the water is shallow for the kids to play. There is also a restaurant at the end of the beach - great place to have an afternoon drink. The staff did a great job caring for our group. We had most of our meals at the house and the food was excellent! We would highly recommend Casa Buena Suerte and we can\'t wait to come back!

Absolutely stunning luxury rental


Our family of 16 traveled from Miami to this beautiful villa situated on Soliman Bay, Tulum, Mexico. The rental surpassed our expectations in every way and we highly recommend a stay at this property; the service was outstanding. The house and grounds are beautiful with high end finishes and gorgeous landscaping; both private and public spaces are wonderfully designed to maximize the enjoyment of the guests. There is ample room to relax and play even for a large crowd. The pool is huge and beautiful with its blue tile. We took advantage of the chef service and are very glad for it. The food was delicious and Jose the chef went out of his way to present a variety of local dishes for us to enjoy. We celebrated my husband\'s 40th birthday and Hugo the house manager put together a festive celebration complete with balloons, cake and mariachis. The groundskeepers do a great job at keeping the beach and pool area neat and tidy. Finally, the owner Marc was easy to work with and provided helpful information. He was very attentive and called twice during our stay to make sure that we were being well looked after. He and his staff are lovely and we would not hesitate in coming back.

Absolutely Beautiful Property , inside and out!


My family and I spent the week before Christmas at this beautiful house on the beach. Everything it was described to be was totally accurate. The staff were very helpful and lovely to have on the property. All rooms were kept clean and well appointed. Marc, the owner and Hugo, the manager went out of their way to be helpful and informative. Hugo was especially wonderful with all 8 of our grandchildren, especially the 10 month old baby. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends or relatives. We did not venture off the property much but did go out one evening for dinner at Posada Margarita and it was wonderful and such an unusual setting.They were very accommodating and set up a table for all 16 of us without hesitation. We loved our week on Soliman Bay and would love to return one day.

We had a spectacular time!


We were lucky enough to sneak in a few days of vacation in January, meeting up with a group of friends and family at Casa Buena Suerte. We had a spectacular time! The home was absolutely stunning. It was wonderfully laid out to suit our large group for meals and socializing — yet offered nice, quiet, serene spots to grab some alone time as well. The location on the bay is perfect —we were constantly surrounded by nature and beauty. We found time to sit and enjoy the beach (I was able to read an entire book — a huge accomplishment for a mother of young kids!). We also enjoyed swimming, kayaking and walks/runs on the beach too! The staff, Hugo and Sophia, offered warmth and charm to the home. Hugo handled all of our arrangements with great professionalism and attention to detail. And, perhaps the most important note, every meal was outstanding — beginning and ending each day with great satisfaction. We can’t wait to visit again!
