This spacious guest apartment located on top of the owners garage is located next to the upper Galveston Bay area only 8 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk. The owner's property has a private fishing pier and will share the swimming pool. The apartment is a 1 minute walk to the Bay with wonderful views of the ocean!
 
Sylvan beach is only about a 10 minute drive from the guest apartment.
 
View the cruise ship docked at the Houston cruise terminal from the pier or from the swimming pool. You can also fish at the private pier.
 
This Docs Quarters property is very close to the NASA Space Center and all that Houston has to offer with its museums, medical center and the Houston Zoo.
 
You can enjoy the swimming pool while leisurely watching the ocean waves crashing onto the bulkhead.
 
This garage apartment is amazingly spacious and will sleep 2 in the queen size bed, 2 in the sofa bed and 1 in the twin bunk.

Spacious! Great fishing pier!


We loved the spacious apartment! More space than 2 people needed. And most of all amazing surroundings and lovely views of the Bay especially while sitting on the bench at the piers. Enjoyed some fishing too!
