Sleeps: 10Enjoy this good-sized 4-bedroom traditional Cape Cod cottage' with lots of charm. It has a modern eat-in kitchen with sliding doors to a beautiful patio and deck, 2 full baths, one with a hot tub and shower and the other with a clawfoot tub and shower, living room, dining room/TV room, and screened-in porch. There is a private, spacious yard as well and an outside shower with hot and cold water.. all of this just a half mile from beautiful Craigville beach! The town of Hyannis is just 3 miles away with lots of restaurants and shops.
This particular area of Centerville is SO great for walking around, with dogs, kids, or just alone. A left out our front door takes you to the beach road and it is a short walk from there to the beach. A right out our door takes you a round-about way to the beach past 2 beautiful ponds full of ducks, swans, egrets and beavers and past quaint Craigville Village that has beautiful old homes, an historic post office, a tabernacle and cliff manor where retreats are often held.

A truly charming Cape home which made our family vacation just perfect. Accurate description and listing photos. Fabulous outdoor patios for family meals and BBQ. Spacious kitchen with updated amenities. Owners went above and beyond - they definitely exceeded our expectations and made sure our stay was welcoming and comfortable. Would definitely recommend the property. Walking distance to beach. Short drive to downtown Hyannis, ferry docks, ice cream and shopping. Thank you so much Greg and Maureen!
We stayed in this place for the memorial day weekend. Unfortunately the weather didn\'t cooperate, it was little cold and we decided to stay in the house a major portion of the time. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the kitchen and the bathrooms were really good. The internet was down the first day we stayed, the owners really worked hard to get if fixed. They were with the customer support for several hours and even shed $50 for next level of support. The beach is pretty close, 10 mins walk. We went along with couple of other families and we all stayed in this place. The kids had a blast, they had so many board games for the kids. The owners were friendly and accommodative. There are plenty of things to do for the kids in Hyannis, which is 10 mins car ride from the house. Overall we had fun and we liked the place very much. We would love to go back to this place again. I appreciate Greg and Maureen for making our stay memorable.
I can\'t remember when I\'ve had a more relaxing time. I\'m sorry if I don\'t have the dates correct, I believe it was in July. Anyhoos, my family and my sister\'s family fell in love with this place. We often talk about going back...I so wish we could. It was perfect - quiet place near the beach. We had so much fun!!! I can\'t wait to get back there. Lots of room - and lots of things to do. Accommodations were fabulous. I LOVE CAPE COD!@@ Thanks so much and sorry that we didn\'t write this earlier.
We had a wonderful time at this house. My husband and I, two small children (4 and 2), grandma and our dog, all fit very comfortably in this house. The owners were so gracious, understanding, and helpful. The house was so big we could have had another family come to visit and still had plenty of room. The beach was so close you could walk to it in about 5 minutes, and the beach pass was a great help. We used it for many of the area beaches, which were beautiful. We would recommand any family to stay here, and we will return in the future. Thank Maureen and Greg for making our stay at your house comfortable, fun, and memorable.
We stayed here with two couples, two small children and a small dog and had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and holds a lot of the great Cape charm. Short walk to Craigville Beach, which is one of the best beaches on the Cape. More than enough room for all of us (could have had even more people stay with us), which is nice is rare for Cape cottages. The owners are lovely; we would gladly stay there again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and the hosts were extremely gracious. There was room to spare for our large, boisterous troop (2 kids, 6 adults, dog). Our kids loved the jacuzzi tub, outdoor shower and short walk to the resident\'s beach. The beach is great for kids and had clean sand and fun waves (but not unsafe). We biked around the nearby side roads and were close by to the shopping in Hyannis. There is a great patio and deck area with 2 tables and plenty of seating for eating or enjoying the games that are available for the kids to use. Inside there are two large dining tables and plenty of seating in the kitchen and dining room. Two full bathrooms make getting ready in the morning for a day at the beach easy. There is also a good sized fenced in yard to walk the dog and for the kids to run around. This is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to a supermarket. If we come back to the Cape again for vacation, we\'ll definitely be calling you back! Thanks so much for everything!!
