Misty Valley Inn is a distinctive lodging option located close to Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, Sol Duc Hot Springs, the Hoh Rain Forest, the Pacific Ocean (Rialto Beach and LaPush) and Forks, Washington, the Home of the “Twilight” book series.
 
Nestled on a ridge in the rain forest, the Misty Valley Inn is a Bed & Breakfast Inn set in a modern 6000 square foot stone and cedar home. A magnificent view of the Sol Duc meadows, tree-lined river, an occasional elusive elk or maybe even a bull elk await guests. Modern furniture and wall art are set off by the hand rubbed natural woods, rock work and unusual lighting.
 
Excellent personal service is provided each guest, including breakfast service times and personally selected menus. Amenities include Wi-Fi, AC, hairdryers, fluffy robes, and electric fireplaces in each suite. 
 
Forks is the perfect place for sightseeing, and experiencing the natural wonders of the Olympic Peninsula’s west end. The Olympic Coast is a lightly developed landscape, ideal for endless exploration. You’ll feel the allure of the ocean, you’ll wonder at the spectacular scenery, abundant wildlife, dramatic forests and native heritage; making your visit to the northwestern most corner of the nation unforgettable. Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel your reservation, you must notify us by 5:00 pm 14 days in advance of your arrival date or we will charge the remaining balance of the reservation. If no cancelation has been received on the 14th day, the card on file will be billed the remaining balance of the reservation. The non-refundable deposit, prepayments, or any other payments made after the reservation was created, will not be refunded regardless of when you cancel. If you selected the non-refundable rate and paid in full at the time of booking, the amount you paid will not be refunded if you cancel the reservation. If you reserve 3 or more suites or reserve during any festival or annual event, the cancelation period and remaining balance due, will be 30 days prior to arrival. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, sent tomistyinn@olynet.com. No shows will also be charged the full amount of their reservation. All reservations require credit card guarantee at time of booking.

No Smoking Policy:

Misty Valley Inn is pleased to announce that our Bed and Breakfast is smoke-free. This includes smoking of any kind, including but not limited to vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. No open flames or candles are allowed in any room at any time. Please note that a cleaning fee of $400 per suite, or more, will be charged to guests who choose to smoke in our guest suites.

Damage Policy:

Misty Valley Inn (hereinafter known as MVI) is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of personal property or damage to motor vehicles during your stay. MVI reserves the right to charge me the full cost of rectifying damage caused by deliberate, negligent or reckless acts by me or one of my guests. If damage comes to light after my departure, MVI can charge my credit/debit card account as noted above. The same is true for any missing MVI property. Any damage to our property or rooms, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. Fees may vary depending upon the amount necessary to restore or replace the damaged property up to, and including, the inability to rent the room(s).

Family Policy No children under age 14 will be allowed to stay. There will be no refund given, and you will not be allowed to stay if you show up with a child under the age of 14.

Pet Policy No pets/animals allowed of any kind, this includes service animals as owners live on the premises. We will not provide a refund, or allow you to stay if you show up with pets/animals. Please note that a cleaning fee of $400 per suite, or more, will be charged to guests if a pet/animal is discovered in our guest suites.

Please list a cell phone number when booking your reservation as we utilize contactless self check-in, which requires you to complete our digital registration process via a link sent to you by text message. By doing this, it allows you to self check-in and arrive at your leisure as long as it is prior to 10pm.

I WILL FOLLOW THE RULES OF LODGING COURTESY:Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am Pacific Standard Time.Keep hallway meetings to a minimum. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS will congregate or stay in my room.

MVI ADHERES TO A STRICT POLICY OF ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUG ABUSE AND/OR UNDERAGE DRINKING.LACK OF COMPLIANCE TO THE ABOVE-MENTIONED POLICIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

With our digital registration, self check-in is from 3:00pm to 10:00pm.
We do require a cell phone, which allows you to complete our digital registration as well as to receive a link to order your breakfast and recieve your door code for self check-in on the day of arrival. 
We allow children over 14. 
All rates are based on double occupancy and subject to sales and lodging tax. 
No amimals of any kind are allowed at our Inn. 
No smoking of any  kind is allowed inside.  There is a designated area outside for smoking that is away from the entry.
