This majestic villa is supported by a stunning well-kept, lush botanical garden that is the natural habitat for numerous species of birds and butterflies. It has a much oversized gazebo which is a popular venue for glamorous weddings. The property encompasses 4500m2/1 acre of flat attractive landscape; the drive-way accommodates two parallel vehicles; there are ample parking facilities.
Bon Accord and Pigeon Point are by far the most popular touristic areas in Tobago. The villa's location is very peaceful and quiet, it's a perfect nest in Tobago's Paradise. It facilitates easy assess to a ariety of restaurants. A five-minute drive can get one to the Airport or to any of the two 18-hole international golf courses.
Your fine taste for great architecture, subtle luxury, spacious interior and exterior will be enhanced. There are "all" standard home facilities and more, this is home away from home! The villa has a total area of 374m2. The ground floor covers approximately 224m2and the upper floor 150m2. The ground floor consists of one large living room; separate dining room, large kitchen, library, TV-room, large hall, powder room, lobby, and a double garage, (which is not used as a garage;) with stock room.
The upper floor consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony or terrace. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a large
walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, while the third has two single beds which can be used separately or as a double bed. There is also a very large patio on the upper floor. The entire house is tastefully well furnished with Scandinavian high quality furniture and is fully equipped ready for your enjoyment. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped with all modern conveniences. There are supplies of superior quality cutlery, table setting, kitchenware, inen, and towels.
Maximal number of occupants is 6 adults. We can however, provide up to 3 extra single beds at a small extra cost. A car rental service is conveniently associated with the villa's occupancy.
Hospitality: The Housekeeper attends the villa every other day. There is a washer and dryer (with a minor sum attached), hair dryer, outdoor gas grill, CD/radio, 3 smart HD, LED televisions: 60, 52 and 33 inches respectively; internet access/Wi Fi, telephone and chessboard. There is a private pool with a large well-furnished patio. Beach towels are provided. It is not permitted to cut the flowers or pick the fruits from the trees without special permission. Broken articles are to be replaced with the identical pattern & quality or by an equivalent new set of 6-8 pieces. Alternatively one pays the cost to the Housekeeper. Shopping, baby-sitting, dinner-chef are available at extra cost. Smoking and pets are unfortunately not permitted.
