Sleeps: 52 story Cottage with loft. Private entrance in a gated community. Sleeps up to 6 people. 1 full bath upstairs and a half bath down stairs. full kitchen, convection oven, Gas BBQ. Diving pool (Summer only), private 8 person hot tub, two ponds, waterfalls, lush grassy grounds and a 2 car garage. The Cottage has a private entrance. The patio area surrounds the pool and has a large eating area. The grounds can accommodate Reception Party's, Private Party's, Rehearsal dinners. Cottage is within a block of two wedding facilities. Cottage is located on a popular hiking/biking trail, two 39' TV's with Hopper and WiFi for your convenience. Truckee river access on both sides of the property. 28+ day rental are not subject to tax. Please keep in mind, due to the large pond and pool, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the back yard. (The pool has an electric cover). Lastly, as of 4/2018 we have two on road/off road bikes with helmets for our guests to use.

The cottage is beautiful and comfortable. I felt like I was in a mountain chalet not all that far from the city. The grounds were lovely and the hosts let us use the facilities for a small BBQ with no qualms. Their dogs interacted well with ours and it was hard for us to walk away from those sweet, fuzzy faces. The private garage, entrance, and little front yard were perfect when we didn\'t have guests. My only complaint is that the WiFi was a little slow but it shouldn\'t have mattered because I shouldn\'t have been working while I was there! We\'d go back there in a minute if we have the opportunity to do so.
We were in town for a dog agility competition and found this to be the perfect place to stay. Allows dogs, has an attached garage to wipe down muddy paws, has a fenced small yard, is very near a paved path along a river, and even has a washer and dryer which was so appreciated to dry out jackets that got soaked in the rain/sleet. We will definitely try to book this again next time we are in Reno!
This guest home was the perfect home base for my future in-laws and visiting family over Labor Day weekend. This weekend coincided with our wedding down the street at River School Farm. My in-laws were able to be near, but just far away for space. This part of Reno is truly a hidden gem, and I encourage anyone making a visit to stay slightly away from downtown for a more adventurous experience. The pool area is wonderful, and the river is not far either should you want to float or enjoy a swim. The hosts were more than accommodating to allow us to check-in slightly early, and host a very small gathering outside the pool area. Thank you for the best memories.
