Just minutes away from the Biltmore, historic downtown Hendersonville, Chimney Rock Park, as well as the DuPont and Pisgah Forests, Biltmore Estate and only 45 minutes away from Asheville.  This property is a quick scenic drive to all local destinations. Recently renovated, Eagle's Rest retains the character of a vintage lodge but with all the comforts of a well-equipped retreat. Look out on a spring-fed pond or relax with a good book on a porch rocking chair. Or listen to the babbling creek from your hammock. In the evening you can enjoy a dip in your hot tub or roast marshmallows in the fire pit before a good night's sleep in your comfortable beds. Satellite flat screen TV with 200+ channels and satellite Wi-Fi internet can keep you in touch with the world. (But only when you want to be.) The impressive rock outcropping will entertain and provide kids of all ages climbing opportunities galore.

A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. 
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive all monies returned. 
Within 30 days are subject to forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
I highly suggest trip insurance.
