Home Away from Home is a charming 2BR 1.5BR town home located in the heart of Charlotte with easy access to most that Charlotte has to offer.

We provide pillows, mattress pads, blankets and comforters/bedspreads. We can also provide 1 additional sheets & 2 towels 2 wash clothes per guest) 
 
The half bath is located on the main level.

Please note: You must be 25 years old to rent our home. We do not rent to unchaperoned groups of high school or college students. The guest who signs the rental agreement MUST stay at the home during the term of the lease.
 
We only rent on a weekly, Saturday-Saturday basis. Minimum stay 3 night, no discounts for shortened stays.
 
NO HOUSE PARTIES, NO PETS, NO SMOKING

We grew up in Florida and migrated to Charlotte back in 2005. All the amenities from home can be found at home away from home. The neighbors are local residents and appreciate the way our renters take care of the home and the surrounding area. The community is quiet, with walking paths, swimming pool, hiking and shopping within walking distance.What makes this Townhome uniqueWhat made me fall in love with this home, granted back in 2005 this home was prime real estate. Bennington Place was one of the first to be developed in this area. Charlotte has been on a rapid increase of population and has very attractive business incentives, bringing some of the largest Fortune 500 companies to relocate to Charlotte.
