Fully equipped 3 Bedroom, 2 bath Waterfront Cottage is located on Southside of Island, just east of Seaway Marina and Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line. Custom Open Floor plan with Fully-Equipped Kitchen. Spacious adjacent Dining/Living room. Walk out front door onto the covered front porch and sit back and listen to the wave crash the beach. Window AC units, Washer and Dryer, 3+ parking spaces.
 
Two Queens and Two Twins. Linens are NOT provided, tenants must bring sheets, pillow cases and towels.
 
The owners require a $400 security deposit (unless otherwise noted) along with a signed lease agreement to reserve your dates. The deposit is refundable as long as nothing is damaged and none of the lease agreement rules are breached, however the deposit does not act as a down payment. The rental fee is due in full four weeks prior to arrival. Deposits are returned 10-14 days after departure.
