One Ocean Place is the perfect destination for your family beach vacation - huge deck, floor to ceiling windows, full size washer & drier, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, gated undercover parking, and 24 hour security.
 
This immaculate 3 bedroom/3 full bathroom spacious (1,800 sq. ft.) condo offers an AMAZING view of the beach and ocean from the 7th floor. This end unit has a wrap-around deck and more windows than your normal OOP condo. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a view that allows you to watch the morning sun rise out of the ocean without lifting your head off the pillow! Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and bedroom #3 has bunkbeds with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom and HD TV. If you need additional sleeping capacity, the leather couch in the living room opens up into a queen-size sleeper. A baby Pack' N Play can also be provided upon request.
 
Our living and dining areas are extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable - perfect for lounging around after a full day in the sun! The floor to ceiling windows, dining room windows, and two sliding doors offer a view from inside that can't be beat. Our wifi system is specific to our unit and offers the choice of normal wifi or the newer 5G (if your device is equipped). The large TV in the living room is HD and can be maneuvered to watch anywhere from the kitchen to the deck. Our condo also has a full sized washer and drier for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home, including: ice maker, regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, large selection of pots and pans, dishware, and a full compliment of spices too!
 
There will be 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you every day on the beach (Memorial Day through Labor Day)!!
 
If you are looking for a change of pace from the wind, waves, and sand, One Ocean Place offers a monstrous sized pool deck with pools and hot tubs at each end with plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the crystal-clear pools (cleaned daily) and overlooking the ocean.
 
This is a family-owned condo and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance. Our parents are permanent residents of One Ocean Place and will be available to help ensure that your vacation experience with us is worry-free. We are confident that every family will leave our beach home with wonderful memories, great pictures, and a desire to stay with us again next year!!

As our family has grown and spread across the country (New York, Montana, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Nevada) we still manage to get together every year at the beach. Excellent Place to Stay


The Owner was very helpful by sending us a letter with all information needed to get into the complex as well as the condo. Parking passes were included. The unit was exceptionally clean and updated. The owner provides free wi-fi and an beach umbrella with two chairs. We have a perfect week of weather and family fun. We look forward to future stays at this condo.

Spectacular property and location. The Condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.


The property is well kept. The Condo has three well organized bedrooms with bathrooms. The kitchen has all amenities needed for eating in. The living room/dinning room is spacious. The balcony provides great views of the ocean, pool, and beach area. Great outdoor living space for the Condo. Highly recommend the Condo.

You won’t be disappointed!


This was a wonderful condo and the Leckie’s were great to deal with! You won’t be disappointed- clean, comfortable, mondern decor made for a familiar comfort we look for when traveling. The unit is well stocked with much of what you need for cooking. I suggest bringing extra bath towels if you aren’t into washing often while on vacation. All in all a great place to stay - we will surely do this again if back in the area. Thank you!
