Enjoy a spectacular wide and long view over the pool and the canal from almost all rooms. 3 - 5 minutes’ drive to either of two white sandy beaches and only a couple of minutes’ walk to fine dining, entertainment and great shopping. 
 
As my home has a southern exposure, you can enjoy the sun during the whole day. The pool and lanai has just been totally remodeled and is equipped with new dining table and chairs. The spacious lanai is also equipped with new comfortable sofas where you can relax daytime and in the evenings and enjoy the beautiful view over the pool and canal. You will also find sun loungers in the lanai area. The over sized pool is heated and has an extra lap for swimming. The lanai is equipped with a Weber Grill. 
 
The large private boat dock offers more sun chairs, fishing possibilities with a fish cleaning table. From here you may see dolphins playing in the canal and you can of course dock your boat. 
 
My house has a very central location with walking distance to shops, restaurants, Starbucks and the beautiful Esplanade and boat harbor. The house is situated very close to the Farmers Market and Marco Island shopping center. The area is quiet and residential.
 
Relax in 3 comfortable bedrooms with exclusive Vera Wang beds. The master bedroom has a luxurious King size bed, a full bath with a separate shower and a bathtub, a walk-in closet and a private entrance with sliding doors to the lanai. The second bedroom is also equipped with a King size bed, also with a private entrance and view over the pool area. The third bedroom has two twin beds. A full bath is situated in between the second King bedroom and the Twin bedroom. You will also find an extra half bath in the entrance hall and another half bath in the lanai area.
 
Cable TV´s in all rooms, with a brand new 65' Curved Smart TV incl a BlueRay DVD in the great room, a 42' TV in the master bedroom and a 43' TV in the second King Bedroom. High speed wireless internet and landline telephone is also available in the home. 
 
Enjoy a fully equipped bright and white kitchen with all amenities and updated stainless appliances together with a new wine fridge. You will also find a front loaded full capacity washer and dryer. 
 
The kitchen set up with the open concept with dining room and living room are perfect for great hangout time while cooking, watching TV, relaxing. The space offers a perfect place for getting together and gives the perfect space for privacy between the two Master Bedrooms.

Perfect family vacation...thanks to this wonderful home!!!


Our family voted our stay at this house our #1 vacation yet! The accommodations were excellent and we did not want to leave! The house has everything a family would need and more!...From a warm pool, awesome grill, comfortable beds, open kitchen, beautiful furniture, and a dock that is perfect for relaxing and fishing! The location is the best! We were so close to stores, restaurants, and not to mention the seafood festival right across the street!We will definitely book again in the future and could not have asked for a better experience!

Amazing Home. Great Owner.


I want to start by saying, we have been vacationing on Marco since 2004. We have rented all over the island. South End (South Beach), North End (Tigertail), Mid Island (off SanMarco and Barfield). We have even rented the home next door! Last year, we stumbled across this home and had the luck to rent it. This year, we did not think twice about where we would stay. Ulla is WONDERFUL to work with. Her house is top notch. Fully appointed. It is impeccably clean. From the garage to the deck, you have everything you need. Bikes, fishing gear, beach gear, coolers, umbrellas, beach towels, you name it. And since we have been, Ulla has done MORE upgrades. This is one home not to miss. (PS...I cannot wait to nap on the new couch on the lanai!)

Newly remodeled home


We just returned from a perfect week at this beautiful vacation home. We loved everything about the house. The furnishings were updated ,the kitchen and baths were remodeled. The additional half bath inside was very handy, as well as the one by the pool. We spent most of our time on the beautiful lanai, in the pool or lounging on the new outdoor furniture. We did use the pool cover one night and it kept the water warm enough to swim the next day. The men fished from the dock every day and we saw dolphins 3 times! The location was perfect to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, a bookstore and the grocery. Plus we had warm and sunny weather! We are already booked to come back next year!

Amazing Home!


This house is absolutely beautiful- big and bright with lots of open space. The very best part though, is the perfectly thought out lanai. A table for 6 and a comfy sectional allow for plenty of people. Coming from Chicago (in winter) we spent all our time enjoying the pool and outdoor space and it couldn\'t have been better! Everything from towels to the temperature of the pool was perfect. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable- no expense was spared on the quality of sheets and bedding. Very very clean, and plenty of cooking appliances (such as a blender which many homes don\'t have) as well as a grill ready to go with 2 containers of gas! The location is also great- walking distance to the Farmers Market, and Marina. Really we would recommend this home to anyone- and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!!

Best vacationhome!!


This rental house is without competition the best one we have been staying in. It’s so well planned and the interior is of high quality with all those little details that makes your vacation easy. Location both on the street and on the island is perfect and makes it a great rental regardless of weather, close to get to beaches, easiest by car they have great parking, close to good local restaurants and great outlet shopping as well a short drive away! We and our 6 year old loved the pool and outdoor area at daytime and living room in the evening with DVD, we used the barbeque and had dinner on the terrace one evening, and it was just like home but much better. We will defiantly come back here and next time we will stay a longer time./ A happy family !
