The home is located in a quiet part of the Villas only a couple houses from the Delaware Bay, and 10 to 15 minutes from historic Cape May or the Wildwoods.
 
The home is two stories with 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms and SLEEPS 10.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a living room, brand new kitchen, washer and dryer, and family room.
 
The second floor has two more large bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Bedroom 1 on 1st floor has a queen bed, large closet and is equipped with a 40-inch flat screen television.
Bedroom 2  on 1st floor has a twin bed and also has a large closet.
Bedroom 3 on 2nd floor has two queen beds and a 32-inch flat screen TV
Bedroom 4 on the 2nd floor has one queen bed and one twin bed and a 32-inch flat screen TV
 
The living room has a  sofa and chair.
The brand new kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / ice maker, gas range, dishwasher,  blender, mixer, coffee pot, place settings for 10, pots, pans and slow cooker.
 
The laundry room is equipped with a washer , dryer, iron and ironing board.
The family room includes another sofa, chairs, 50-inch flat screen TV, dining table for 6.
Central air conditioning downstairs. Window air conditioners are in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
There is a beautiful new deck off the family room with a 6 person hot tub.
We also provide beach chairs and umbrella for your trips to the beach
 
Optional linen package includes sheets for all beds, 8 bath and 8 face towels.  The linen package is available for $89. Please let me know in advance if you want this.
 
CHECK-IN DATES are SATURDAY.
A beautiful deck awaits you in the private backyard.  Take a relaxing dip in the 6 person hot tub. At night, view the stars from the privacy of your lit up hot tub. The backyard is fully enclosed in privacy fence.  A great place for your dog to explore.
 
The beach in Villas is the Delaware bay beach a 3 to 5 minute walk from our home. The Villas beaches welcome dogs all year long.  The beaches are great for walking your dog, relaxing at the beach, fishing, or kayaking.
 
Cape May and the Cape May beaches are about 7 miles away ( 15 minutes ). Beach tags are required Memorial Day through Labor Day (We provide you with beach tags).  See all the historic Victorian charm that Cape May has to offer. Shop at the Washington Street Mall, eat at the many restaurants, walk or bike through the Victorian streets, stroll the beaches, kayak, and take in all the beauty of this remarkable town.
 
The beaches at Wildwood are also about 8 miles (15 minutes) away. Beaches are always free in the Wildwoods.  Visit the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, Wildwood nightlife, shows, amusement piers, water parks and everything else the Wildwoods have to offer. Wildwood now has a large dog beach.

Dog fee - $150
2nd Dog fee - $50 ( Only if bringing second dog )
Linen fee - $89 (Optional... only if you want linen package ... bed linens, bath towels and face clothes)

We have been visiting the Cape May beaches our entire lives. We purchased a home in Cape May 16 years ago and our children have grown up spending summers in Cape May. We have now decided to purchase a house to rent out. When we decided to rent we also knew how we like the house to look when we go on vacation. We wanted to give our guests a home in immaculate condition... the same way we would like it.Dan Hamm purchased this House in 2016
