We enjoy staying here, this was our second stay at this unit. The owners supply you with all the comforts of home. Plenty of towels, coffee, water etc. The bed is very comfortable. The unit is private, quiet and luxurious. All the finishes are top of the line. I can\'t say enough good things about our stay.
Enjoyed bikes provided by owner for easy commuting to Carefree village and Cave Creek. Home was beautifully decorated and stocked with plenty of water and a nice hot beverage selection.
What a find! As our first experience utilizing VROB, the standard has been set high. This wonderful little casita met our needs beautifully and the host\'s attention to detail was absolutely appreciated. Design, functionality and comfort, made this a truly amazing trip to Arizona and we cannot wait to return. It\'s location was just secluded enough to enjoy time together quietly at the pool. And had such quick assess to Carefree, Cave Creek, Scottsdale and Phoenix, it allowed time to enjoy the city aspects and night life. It was the perfect balance.
The owners have done a fabulous job of thinking of every detail. It was very comfortable, geneously stocked, and beautifully decorated. This property is in a quiet, private area of metro PHX with beautiful Mountain views. If you are looking to escape the hectic city and be close to natural desert, this is a great choice. Easy access to Scottsdale and northern Arizona. Felt like I was at a resort but paying 50% less. Ill be back!
The grounds are spotless- a perfect place to get away and it doesnt feel like your typical hotel/motel. More like your own very private getaway/2nd vacation home. Highly Recommend!

We loved our stay and the owners were wonderful. They thought of every detail to make it feel like home. We were there for a very difficult death of my husbands mother. The owners were aware of the reason for our stay and even offfered a nice bottle of wine for us to unwind one night. They were so thoughtful and kind.
This suite is like a five star hotel! All furnishings, decorations, bedding, towels, etc. are top of the line. We couldn\'t believe the number of towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, k-cups, bottled and the like provided by the owner. The coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator were all we needed. The patio was very nice, but was in the shade in the morning, so we spent time at the beautiful pool, which is only a short walk from the suite. Upon our arrival, the owner was waiting for us outside to show us the bicycles provided for our use. Unfortunately, we didn\'t have time to use them, but very much appreciated his time and effort. The neighborhood is gated and we felt very safe coming in late at night. Close to our favorite areas of North Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Carefree. A perfect getaway! We will definitely be back!

This is exactly as advertised, but even better. Delightfully decorated, has a spacious feel. Back patio is a serene and calming spot. Furnishings are bright, cheery, interesting, and very tasteful. Space-wise, about the size of large a hotel suite, however the furnishings, peacefulness, along with the privacy make it far and away better than staying in any hotel. Nicely supplied with coffees/teas...all they say. I would recommend to any and everyone and stay again. (If you\'re looking for a place that is full-service/stocked/room service; i.e. a hotel \'room\'...not the spot for you). We loved it!

Clean, well maintained, well appointed with towels, toiletries, pool towels, bottled water, coffee, coffee maker, paper plates, napkins, flatware. We were in Scottsdale attending a wedding and helping with our 2 year granddaughter. It was a place we could bring her for pool time, nap time, and meal time while her parents were busy with wedding festivities. It exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend it and come back for another stay.
We loved our villa the minute we stepped into it. It was probably one of the cleanest accomodations I\'ve ever been in. I was surprised by how big it was and loved the large bathroom. It was nice to have our own little patio to relax on. We wanted to enjoy the pool and had no problem with that since there was lots of free chairs and it wasn\'t noisy. This place was amazing and we will be back!
We had a very good vacation at this property. The accommodation was a Junior Suite/Casita style 1 bedroom/1 bathroom (separate shower and tub) apartment. We had our own entry and patio to relax on. The apartment was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The queen sized bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Our stay was 9 days and housekeeping was provided half way through the stay, which was perfect. There is no shortage of towels. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.
We stayed in this one bedroom cozy retreat for two nights. It was very nicely decorated, bathroom was big and spacious with high quality soft towels, big showered and large dressing room. The bedroom was a good size, bedding soft and luxurious. The outside patio had nice seating arrangement and comfortable for a end of day cocktail. It was so nice to wake up with a coffee maker, refrigerator and essentials. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Very close to all restaurants,golf and fun activities. Thanks for a great stay!
Loved this little casita!!! So beautiful. It was perfect for my son and I. Very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very convenient to shops and eating.
My husband and I stayed here recently and had a wonderful stay. This Junior suite was well equipped with a the things we needed and close to all the places we wanted to go. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was a perfect place to have a cup of coffee while getting ready for our day. The owner was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place and we would absolutely consider this for another stay. Price and amenities far surpassed staying in a hotel! Thanks again for opening your home to us!

Very nice Junior Casita suite in a great location. Lots of space in this suite with comfortable bedroom and den plus huge bathroom. Southwest dcor was done well. We were here for a week exploring the area. Casita is close to Carefree Resort and nearby Carefree and Cave Creek with lots of restaurants. Really appreciated the amenities that were provided for our comfort. Thanks again.

We were thrilled with our accommodations at this wonderful Carefree property just north of Phoenix! It was a lovely place to spend one night on our journey across country. We most enjoyed the attention to detail the owners have taken to make this darling, cozy suite feel like your home-away-from home. Loved the amenities at the property -- the pool was very refreshing, relaxing and beautiful if you want to go for a dip or just sit and enjoy the scenery. The owners were available for any questions we had and made many suggestions of what to do, see and eat in the area. The little town of Carefree and Cave Creek are precious and worth exploring while you are there. Would will definitely stay here again any time we are in the area! Thank you so much! Stayed at the Village at Carefree for a long weekend girls trip with 2 of my friends. The condo was lovely! The beds were extremely comfortable (even the roll away mattress!), plenty of towels (both bath and pool), and the mini fridge/freezer and also cups/plates/napkins were a nice touch. We enjoyed sitting on the little patio each evening, and also liked that the condo was such a quick walk to the pool. The local tips provided to us before our stay by Richard were also a nice touch. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this rental.
We were delighted to stay in Carefree in a relaxing environment that was very quiet. The accommodations were clean, well cared for and tastefully decorated. There were hotel-like amenities including plenty of coffee, fresh bath and beach towels and bottled water. We never had a chance to speak to the owners as we were out site seeing each day, but we knew they were just next door had there been a need to get in contact. Parking was very close to the building which was nice. We were a little disappointed that the private patio was shared with another condo, so we didn't make use of it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a central location to stay in Arizona for relaxation, hitting the cities and site seeing. We were just a day trip away from everything we wanted to do in Arizona.
Perfect place for one person; could use the amenities and not pay full price. No kitchen was not a problem; I appreciated the paper plates, forks, and napkins for restaurant leftovers. Coffee was good. Thanks for the use of the bikes---that was fun! The bed was fabulous!
This was a great place as an alternative to a hotel. Felt like we were at a spa. Very nice room -- tons of towels, good selection of coffee, bottled water. Better than advertised. We will be back!
My wife and I deleted an "in town" type getaway for some quiet time to reconnect and regroup. We stumbled across this property after looking at several pages, trying to find a place that was relatively close, yet far enough away (if that makes sense). Being a frequent traveler for work, we really didn't want a "hotel" type of situation, but rather something that was charming, quiet, and kinda out of the way. This place provided all of that and more! Richard was quick to respond to emails and super accommodating, allowing us to check in a few hours earlier, which was greatly appreciated. They provided a very in depth information sheet that answered all of our questions, and provided great information to let us know what to bring and what was provided- greatly appreciated! The room was better than described. A few things really stood out and impressed us both immensely. First, it was super clean. I mean everything. It smelled clean without the "detergenty" smell (yes, I think I just made up a word) that you sometimes get from hotels trying to mask something somewhere. Next, the towels- I think there were enough for the Dugger family to stay there. They were all fancy Egyptian cotton, super soft and fluffy. Very very nice like you'd have in your own home. Next, the bed- heavenly night sleep. Super soft and comfortable. Zero complaints. We typically are really early risers, but actually slept in. That in itself was worth the admission. Also, the suite was very tastefully decorated with good quality pieces. (My wife wants to know where they got a few pieces and will probably be reaching out.) The patio was a nice oasis where we had morning coffee. There were quail and rabbits, birds singing, and nice gentle cool breeze. Didn't want to leave. They provided a nice Keurig-type coffee maker with several choices of coffees to choose from: Donut Shop and Starbucks are our favorites. Thank you! They even provided a small fridge full of bottled water, with enough other bottles for making coffee and just grabbing a cool drink. Best of all, the owners were there, but then again they were not. They left us alone and allowed us to escape reality for a few precious days. The complex was full of friendly people that care about their homes. The location is close to some great recreation, golf, and restaurants. We truly appreciated the time and will definitely be back. Thank you again! Recommended for: Romantic Getaway.
The suite is very well-appointed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as bottled water for coffee, plenty of hangers in the closet, etc. The area is very peaceful and picturesque. We would not hesitate to rent the property again.
Close to most everything - away from the traffic and noise. Richard was very responsive, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Looking forward to a future stay!
We stayed here for five days and found it to be beautifully decorated, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Loved the Carefree area. Lots to do and easy to get to the freeways to see other areas of Phoenix. A huge closet, beautiful bathroom and large bedroom with a comfortable living room made the stay enjoyable for us. The owners were very responsive and keep the property in excellent condition. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Found the property to be better than advertised. The decor and the comfort of the chairs and the bed were excellent. Enjoyed the quite atmosphere and especially watching the rabbits, quail and roadrunners from the patio while enjoying morning coffee. Will rent this property again if available. Perfect for a couple looking for an alternative to a hotel room. Much more space than a comparably priced hotel. Huge bathroom, separate living room, and easy parking. We had just spent 4 nights in a suite at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, and our stay here did not disappoint. The bedroom and bathroom are extremely large, very clean and well kept, with no lack of towels. There is a large closet with lots of hangars. It has a good size front room with a small table, a small fridge full of bottled water, disposable cups, plates, and cutlery. What it lacks in a kitchen, it certainly makes up with everything else. Would definitely stay again. Richard was a pleasure to deal with and answered my questions very quickly. If you are visiting the Cave Creek, Carefree area, or just want to get away from the big city, this suite is a must stay .Recommended for: Sightseeing, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway.
