This cozy furnished country-style farmhouse sleeps ten people at a maximum and is minutes to ocean or bay beaches, shopping, and restaurants.
 
The house sits on over an acre of land adjacent to 1,000-acre Long Pond Reserve. Out back is a wooden deck, an in-ground pool, outdoor shower and a pool house. There are 8 lounge chairs, 3 umbrellas and a large teak table that seats 10. The first floor includes a kitchen, dining area, living room with cathedral ceiling, powder room, and large master bedroom with bath. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms and bathroom. The house is centrally located between the villages of Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton.
 
Amenities include: Fireplace, Central Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Wireless Internet, TV’s with VCRs and DVD players, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils, Small Appliances & Linens Provided, Washer, Dryer, Private In-ground Pool with Deck, Pool Maintenance, Lawn & Garden Maintenance, Weekly House Cleaning, Basement, Gas Grill/BBQ, Basketball Hoop. Great House and Pool for Any Group!


We loved staying at Ronnie\'s house. We had four thirty-something couples in town for a wedding and this was the perfect home base for us. The rooms had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the pool is spectacular. Unlike most pools, this one gets constant sunlight all afternoon, which is a huge plus. The location can\'t be beat, almost equidistant from Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton, but tucked back away from the road so you feel like you\'re in the woods. To top it off, Ronnie was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive from my first inquiry. Would definitely rent again!
