West on Montana takes you to the beach, about 3 miles away and down another great avenue, Montana Ave with more great shops and restaurants.
Great shopping centers with multiplex movie theaters within 5 mile radius.
Approx 3 miles away is 3rd Street Promenade, a 5 city block outdoor street mall, closed to traffic. It is a fantastic tourist destination with street performers and more good restaurants, shops and movie theaters.
 
Like living in a tree house: This guest house is separate from the main house and has it's own private yard/patio, separate entrance off the ally. Plenty of save free street parking. Wonderful safe neighborhood.
