Game room with ping pong, air hockey, billiards, & toys. Main living room has hi-speed wireless internet and free US Nationwide, Canada & Puerto Rico, phone service. Rear yard has beautiful pool & jacuzzi with child safety fence, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set and additional chairs. All furniture, furnishings new as of March 2013. 3/4 mile walk to Disneyland tram on Magic way. Home has central air and heat, watch Disneyland fireworks from the back/front yards.
We chose this property for our 50th wedding anniversary! The \"big kids\" and grandkids chose Disneyland so we brought our family of 15, with 7 grandchildren ranging from 6-20 for 3 nights/4 days. We couldn\'t have been more pleased with the accommodations and amenities, The bedrooms were wonderful for the adults, beds very comfortable and bunkbeds worked out beautifully for the grandchildren. Layout was perfect for our big meals....the kitchen better equipped than ours at home!! Dining area was great for everyone to be together. We enjoyed cookie baking all together one night. Wifi worked well. We had trouble with the pool lights going off early and never did know how to work the spa?? The proximity to the Park is great - 2.7 miles. We would have liked to have been able to get in before 4:00pm on arrival day as this was inconvenient for those who arrived by car midday. Property managers might need a larger cleaning staff for the # of properties maintained. We had an issue with a toilet but the maintenance crew replaced it within a couple of hours. The kids loved the ping pong and shuffle board as well as all the pool toys and floats. They decided to lounge around the pool instead of returning to the Park for the evening light parade both nights!! Property was very clean when we arrived. Nicely maintained residential neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property to a large group visiting Disneyland. Had dinner at La Sirena one night and it was excellent and took a reservation of 15. We did have to contact the property management for our security deposit refund after 15 days, but it was quickly orchestrated and refunded.
Enjoyed the property. We are a family of eleven plus three; fourteen total of ten adults, two seventeen, one fifteen and one eleven year old who stayed three nights. One bedroom on the first floor contained a double decker bunk bed set up for four children or in our case, two young adults. The second bedroom was queen size with sliding doors to the pool, for one of our adults. About fourteen stairs up to the second level, three master suites with private bathrooms accommodated two of our couples and one adult. The last bedroom with two double decker bunkbeds housed our four teens, but was set up for eight children. Our remaining two young adults slept on either end of the large sectional that took up the living room. Knowing the arrangement helps. Six bathrooms were super. The large dining room and central kitchen maintained family togetherness; a tv in every room including the dining room and recreation in the garage completed the rental\'s offerings. This beautiful setting came with many rules, instructions, curfew and regulations from the city of Anaheim and the property owners in binder form and signs posted throughout the property, some with cost per infraction. Renters were also instructed to wash towels and start the dishwasher the day of departure. Parking was limited to three cars; no non permitted street parking with overflow parking walking distance off site. We complied as best we could understanding the over emphasis on compliance is a necessity. Thank you for your lovely rental.
We stayed at this home in early April 2018 and had a very good experience. The home is very spacious and the fact that it has so many Master Suites it really allows multiple families to stay together under one roof. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was perfect temperature and the hot tub worked great. It is within walking distance (about 25 mins to Downtown Disney) to DisneyLand but with young kids and the fact that we all were tired from multiple days of walking we decided to uber one or two of us back and then shuttle the rest. The drop off spot is only a 4 minute drive and was nice to not have to pay parking and take trams. If we had any complaint it would be the internet was spotty at best but as long as you have good cellular service it should not be a big deal. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend this home to others.
