GREAT LOCATION TO GO SURFING OR BODYBOARDING! Its a hidden Gem of a location no one knows about yet. There are three houses on the property. THIS LISTING IS FOR CABANA #2. Cabana #2 sleeps up to 4 guest. There is a Double bed in the bedroom and a bunk bed in the upstairs bedroom. You are free to use the common areas in the Main Beach house which include an additional bathroom and a large kitchen / dining area. You will essentially have free use of the whole property for a fraction of cost
 
You will likely have the whole property to yourself since I am rarely there. Yerling, our caretaker will be available should you need anything.
 
We are literally located ON the beach. The location can not be beat. Walk out the front yard directly onto the white beach sand. If your into Surfing, being in the Ocean or just finding a spot to get away. This is a great spot for you. I purchased this property for this exact reason. 
 
When you arrive you will be welcome by made beds with fresh linens as well as fresh fluffy towels.
 
Our Kitchen is fully stocked. We have just about anything you could need to cook and entertain. We have not updated a lot of our images yet but everyday we are improving and updating our property so it will only be better than whan you see in the images. 
 
We have a new 6 burner stove and a standard size Refrigerator. There is also a private mini fridge in your Cabana for you. Your Cabana has its own private bathroom. There is a ceiling fan as well as personal fans to keep you cool at night. Our property is surrounded by a 10 ft wall and we have private area for parking your vehicles. The area is safe but if you are concerned at all you need not worry as we have the location completely secured by the wall and large gates as well as our 24 Hour Security. We have a 24 hour grounds keeper named Yerling who has his own private Quarters to the rear of hte property  He is there to maintain the property and to help you with anything you may need. Im happy to answer any questions you may have so don't hesitate to message me.
 
Dont be surprised if you see Pigs walking down the beach enjoying the water or waking up to the call of Roosters.  To me this is heaven.  Hope you enjoy it too.
 
We have a private Chef available upon request so you can have a private cook prepare all your meals should you wish. Costs are usually around $30 to $50 a meal, plus the cost of the the food, for 4 guest depending on the meal. Our Chefs are the same that cook at the Barcelo Montelimer which is a 4 star High End Resort. They will personally go to the local fish markets to get the freshest produce and Fish to cook your meals that day. All cooked in our very own Kitchen for you upon request.
 
You have your complete Casita and free run of the property. Only location you do not have accessible is the Casita #1 and the 2nd floor to the Main Beach House. 
 
We have a washer and dryer available should you need for an extended stay.
 
The weather is a consitant 78 - 90 degrees everyday just about year round. The air is not too humid and I have found it to be some of the most comfortable and enjoyable weather ive ever been to. Ive traveled a lot so when I came to Pochomil I fell in Love.   
 
Casita #2 does not have Hot water set up yet.  However the bathroom in the Main House that your free to use does. I have found I usually dont ever want hot water anyway as I prefer to be cooled off but if you find you need it then it is available.
 
Please note, we do have security cameras throughout the common areas of the property for yours and our protection.   
 
We have installed a 9 stage Water filtration system. 6 stages of those part of a dedicated Reverse Osmosis system for clean drinking water.  No more carrying around those heavy jugs of water. Free clean drinking water is available out of the kitchen tap.
 
On one side is a vacant lot and the other is a small Ranchhouse that has occasional residents. The area is quite calm and peaceful and you will usually hear nothing but the rolling of the ocean waves.
 
We suggest you have a rental car from the Airport or your own transportation. The roads are all paved with the exception of the last 200 yards to the Beach House. This area is a dirt road.
Managua Airport is 45 min to 1 hour away depending on Traffic and time of day. The roads to and from Managua once outside Managua are scenic and well maintained roads. The City of Managuas traffic is not great and is not enjoyable at all. Its about 15 minutes to get thru Managua and get to the country roads.
