Description

The Beach House located on Playa Pochomil houses up to 11 guest. We have a main house and 2 smaller casitas behind. The Main house bedroom is on the second floor and has a balcony which has an amazing view over the Pacific Ocean, Beach and the sunset every night.   
 
The location is an undiscovered Gem for surfing. The Break on Pochimil beach is definitely sufficient for beginner to moderate surfers or body boarders.  
 
We have reliable electric, water and wifi which is not that common in the area due to its remote location.  The best part of the spot for me is that there are not many people around.  Beach for as far as you can see is all yours...
 
GREAT LOCATION TO GO SURFING OR BODYBOARDING! Its a hidden Gem of a location no one knows about. 
 
There are three houses on the property. The Main House bedroom is on the second floor. The balcony catches the most amazing sunsets over the Pacific every night.
 
The main house has a large bedroom with bathroom that was just redone with rainfall shower head and all new sink and fixtures. It has hot water and we supply shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The bed is King Size and we have a net that covers the bed to keep out insects if you like to keep the doors to the balcony open at night. The house is the perfect distance from the ocean to hear the waves crashing and lul you to sleep every night.  Close the doors and it can be quiet. We have 2 hammocks on the balcony to watch over the beach and ocean all day and night if you choose.
 
In the front yard is our pool which is about 5 ft deep. Next to it is our Jacuzzi.  
The back Casitas have double beds and on the second floor have bunk beds. Each casita has its own shower and bathroom. We have also another bathroom in the main house ground level where the kitchen and cafe area is.  There is also another bathroom in one of the front yard bungalos. In total there are 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as personal fans to keep you cool at night.  We do not have A/C.
 
Our property is surrounded by a 10 ft wall and we have private area within the property for parking your vehicles.  
 
We have a 24 hour grounds keeper named Yerling who lives in an additional casita near the back gate entrance.  He is there to maintain the property and to help you with anything you may need.

Our property has 3 houses and sleeps up to 10 total. See our property layout in the images. We are right on the beach. Walk out the front and you are in instantly transported to beautiful Pochomil Beach.
 
The View from the main bedroom balcony is amazing. We have two hammocks there to chill the day away as well as another couple around the property.  
 
Surfing is good right in front of the house. We have Boogie Boards and other water toys that are included like snorkles and fins.
 
You will have access to the entire property.
Pool, Jacuzzi, Hammocks, Boogie boards, Snorkels, Fins, Sun, Waves, Sand, Sunsets and Views
