My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
 
The space
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and kitchenette. Clean, Comfortable, Large private balcony in a quiet safe neighborhood. 3 minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants, banks and public transportation. Apt. has Ref, Micro-wave, toaster, coffee maker, A/C, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Filtered water, king bed or two twin beds.
 
Owners live on premises and are always available for assistance if need. We have an outside kitchen with a gas grill available for guests, and a locked carport -driveway. Maid and laundry service available if need it for longer periods. Small dogs allowed on pre-arranged basis.

About AliciaI, Alicia lived in Arizona 35 years before moving to Mazatlan. I love to travel and fell in love with Mazatlan the first time I came in 1986. Since then we vacationed here often and we knew this was a place I could feel at home once retired. My house and the patio is big, I we enjoy having guests every season and have met very interesting persons from Canada USA and other countries. Some have turned into special friends who keep coming back. It is a complete city with all modern amenities but also with history and culture. if you like to spend your time on the beach, they are beautiful; but if you want to know more about Mexico and it's culture, music, theater, food, etc., Mazatlan has everything any city can offer, and it's people is very friendly.

This is a very nice casita, walking distance to Mazatlán´s golden zone (tourist area), a few blocks from the beach. Alicia was a great hostess, the bed was very comfortable, and the area was very quiet and peaceful. Just what we were looking for.

Very Good Location


The guest cottage has a very good location, probably in one of the best neighborhoods of Mazatlan. It is close to the beach and many fine restaurants. The place was clean and functional. We very much enjoyed our stay.
