Iluka was designed by a local Sea Ranch designer and builder as a personal home. It features vaulted ceilings crafted in the signature style of the White Barn, extensive handcrafted cabinetry in maple and cherry, bamboo flooring, and gallery walls and lighting. It is thoughtfully designed to offer an open floor plan living space for gatherings, as well as private and spacious bedrooms. The living room, kitchen, and dining area flow together with the ever present ocean view. The living room has comfortable seating with couch, chair and window-seat. You can enjoy the built-in entertainment center with its surround sound system, DVD player and large HD TV connected for satellite TV and streaming content. If the evening feels chilly you can fire up the stove and get warm and cozy at the touch of a button. The fully stocked kitchen is a gourmet chef's delight with Viking Professional range top, stainless steel commercial sink and high-end GE appliances including oven, refrigerator and microwave oven. Enjoy meals and conversations at the dining table which comfortably seats six and can be extended to add more seating.
When it's time to retire for the night you will find that bedrooms are quiet sanctuaries designed to offer privacy and comfort. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and ample storage and you will wake up to amazing blue water views. The large attached master bathroom features double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, located on the upper level also has panoramic ocean views, a queen bed, ample storage and its own 'eagles-nest' balcony to watch amazing sunsets. The large second bathroom also features double sinks and plenty of custom cabinetry. The third bedroom at the rear of the home has a full sized bed and opens up to its own gorgeous private garden. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in the laundry and a half bath for guests to use.
