The fully air-conditioned Villa Alba is located in the northeast of Cape Coral on a wide, quiet canal. The villa has a spacious floor plan. As soon as you enter the villa you can enjoy the wonderful view through the living room, across the pool and onto the wide canal.
 
On the left side of the house is the master bedroom and master bathroom with walk-in XL shower and bathtub. The three other bedrooms with their corresponding two bathrooms are on the right side of the house. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available. The living room, kitchen with quartz island and counters as well as the dining area are located in the center of the house. Of course each bedroom has its own LED TV. The living room has a large flat screen with DVD - player and Bose sound system.
 
The lanai area, which faces south, has a large outdoor kitchen with grill and two cook tops. Also located here is the large heated (no solar) pool and the pool area with many sun loungers to relax.
 
For our little guests there are pool toys, a high chair and a crib available.
 
We are happy to rent you a motorboat which you can dock on the canal. If you drive down the Fermi Canal you will reach the Caloosahatchee River within 15 minutes. On the way to the Gulf of Mexico you can admire Floridas beautiful flora and fauna. You will cross paths with dolphins, manatees and pelicans. You are also more than welcome to take our 2-man kayak to explore the mangroves at Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. Besides the various possibilities to explore Cape Coral and the surrounding area by water, the house also provides two bicycles to check out the area by land.

19 to 2 days before the rental term begins: 80% of the total rental cost
1 day before the rental term begins and on the date of arrival: 100% of the total rental cost.
