French doors lead from both the den/library and main living room to the sun rooms that over looks the pool area.  One of the two sun rooms features a piano, large screened TV and comfortable seating  the other sun room has game table, games and opens to the pool, hot tub and patio areas. 
 
All living areas flow nicely to the multiple outdoor living spaces including mutiple porches, patio areas,  pool and hot tub with surrounding patio. All outdoor areas overlook the manicure grounds and the sweeping waterviews that grace this very special summer estate. 
 
All bedroom suites enjoy their own full baths and sitting areas, 2 master suites nicely accommodate extended families. The first level guest master bedroom has a queen bed and large luxurious bath. . , The second level grand master is a  king suite, luxury bath with whirlpool tub and adjoins a smaller bedroom  (great for families with young children) with two twin beds, a third guest master on the 2nd level features a sitting area with TV and gorgeous waterviews to wake up to . Two guest. children's rooms each with a private bath are located on the 2nd level one with a queen bed and a trundle and the other with a double over double bunk bed. . Al Baths are luxuriously appointed with Carrara marble and boutique hotel amenities.
 
A guest carriage house suite, - 6th bedroom has a private entrance. Perfect for additional family members or a nanny,  this suite includes a  queen bed, bath with shower, living area with TV and a kitchenette
 
This private setting, in the prestigious area of Planting Field Way, is less than a mile to the village and harbor of Edgartown. An easy stroll past the historic whaling homes and estate properties of this waterfront location to a choice selection of gourmet restaurants, art galleries and boutique shopping in town.
 
Note: Small dock at waterfront,  must have owner permission to tie up boat due to size and depth at the dock.  Your agent will work with you on the details.
Laundry Room has two washers and dryers. Basketball area was installed in 2017 on the back side of the carriage house.
