Description

This is a 3 story, 4 balcony, 3 bedroom + den, 3 bathroom, condo / townhouse. It is located in a 24 acre resort / condo complex in Key Largo. It is surrounded on 3 sides by the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. We are 1 mile from the major highway, so it is very quiet here. There are 3 pools, 3 beaches, a 4.5 acre tropical lagoon with fish you can swim with and hand feed. We have a Jetty that extends 1,000 feet into the Atlantic Ocean that you may fish from or see a beautiful sunsets. There are 2 tennis courts, a large playground many chickee huts, nature trails, bike paths, etc... You may borrow my bikes, golf cart, fishing and tennis equipment, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, snorkeling gear, etc... at no charge. There is a marina on site here and I provide free parking next to your condo.

Nice but not what expected


When I looked at the pictures online of the resort it showed a nice lagoon and beaches but the lagoon had so much algae at the beach area you couldn’t even get in. And the water was very murky. The beach by the Jetty was also nothing but algae so you had to go through about 5 feet of it to swim. I understand that hurricane Irma changed things but the pictures of the resort were nothing like what it was. We did have a good time the house manageable but hot water only worked in one shower and several of the plug ins did not work. And tv did not work at all. I live in Florida but went there with other couples from out of state. I booked the room and to here everyone complaining about things I felt bad. Norman is super nice and helped anyway he could. My biggest complaint is just the resort not being as expected

Short vaca


We really enjoyed the property, amenities & especially the use of the golf cart and bikes to get back and forth to the jetties to fish. Plenty of room for our teens, dogs and visitors. Will definitely consider this property next year. Thanks Norman!

Great relaxing stay for the family


Norman is very responsive to calls and lets you know everything about the rental and location. It's a great location in Key Largo to get away from the hustle and bustle and crowds of people and relax with your family. Also, there are plenty of things to do within 20-30 minutes and Key West is a short day trip down and back. The access Norm gives you to fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, etc was great and my family enjoyed kayaking out on the Atlantic and fishing. It was a great experience and the accommodations were nice for our family of 7! Thanks Norm!

Key Largo


We had a very nice time at Norman's property. He was always accessible when we had a question or issue. He also is very informative with information on the area and any need you might have. The property is older but clean and has a lot to offer. Having easy access to paddleboards and kayaks was so nice... as was having the golf cart. Everything was very user friendly and the kids had a great time swimming. The property had everything we needed and more.

Key Largo townhouse


The location was great, the use of all the water equipment and golf cart was great. The townhouse was a little dated, no ventilation in two of the bathrooms. But, there was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children and pet friendly was a big plus. Any issues we had were immediately addressed. Would defenitly come again!
