CANCELLATION POLICY: IF YOU CANCEL MORE THAN 84 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND MINUS 1 NIGHT'S RENTAL + TAX FOR EACH WEEK OR LESS CANCELLATION CHARGE (PLUS 10% OF REFUND AMOUNT IF CREDIT CARD WAS USED) . IF LESS THAN 84 DAYS THERE IS NO REFUND OR CREDIT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES OR NO SHOWS.

CONFIRMED GUESTS - Our policy provides that each Sea Esta rental "hometel" is to be occupied and property visited by paying guest(s) only up to the maximum number of persons (any pre-approved pets included) confirmed on the Reservation Confirmation/Statement, regardless of their being daytime and/or overnight guests/visitors. Please don't hesitate to discuss with us any questions or special arrangements you may require regarding this policy.
