A two bedroom one bath condo on second floor with balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway. 10 minute walk to the beach. There are two swimming pools in the complex, hot tub, exercise room, Saunas in mens and ladies bathrooms. There is a grocery store and drugstore within a five minute walk. Community tennis courts available, kids play area in the municipal park across the street. There are five docks on the intercoastal On which to relax or fish from. For convenience sake this is a gated community and for safety sake the fire department is located across the street.

We are transplants from Ontario Canada moved here 25 years ago with our two daughters, and have enjoyed the warm Florida weather ever since. I am a Florida state licensed contractor, so if anything goes wrong at the condo during your stay all you have to do is call me and I will look after it personally as we live near the condos.

Terms & Conditions

a $300.00 deposit by check to hold the time your request payment due at time of arrival for the balance in check or cash. The $300 deposit is refundable if a cancellation is made before 60 Days between 60 days and 30 days half is returned less than 30 days zero returned. At the end of the stay if everything is in good condition at the condo then the deposit will be returned in full.

Additional Rate details

There is a $300 deposit that is held for the property for your rental dates, this is over and above what the rates are and the one time $150 cleaning fee plus any applicable sales taxes in the state of Florida it is about 13%. This $300 deposit is refundable after check out And everything is in good condition.
