Welcome to Casa Mandarina. This property is located in the residential part of Bucerias known as Playas de Huanacaxtle, approximately 75 meters from the beach by a pedestrian access. It is a beautiful house in Mexican style with mud floors, vaulted ceilings, wooden details, warm colors and handmade decoration.
Upon entering the house you will find a large dining room area, equipped with a 40 "TV screen with HD cable signal, DVD / Blueray player, Wi-Fi connection and MP3 / USB stereo. Next to the dining area you will find a cozy bedroom with Queen size bed and full bathroom with sliding wooden doors that open onto the pool area. On the other side of the dining room, a lobby with leather sofas and half guest bathroom leads to three bedrooms, the master bedroom and the second bedroom with a King bed and a smaller bedroom with a Queen bed, all three with full baths with showers.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and serve food for 10 or 12 people. The equipment includes all the utensils you might need, cookware, complete crockery, gas stove with oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, large refrigerator with freezer, ice maker with purified water and more.
Through the kitchen you reach the pool area. There you will find what you need to spend pleasant days outdoors: immersion pool, tables, chairs, umbrella, lounge chairs and a nice charcoal grill. A spiral staircase will take you to the second level, where is what we call the guest bedroom, the fifth room of the house, with King bed, full bathroom and a small terrace to enjoy the breeze. At this level is a warehouse and the laundry area, to which only the cleaning staff has access.
A door in the pool area opens onto the pedestrian access that leads to the beach, and for your return you can rinse in the outdoor shower. We also have some beach chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy in the sand. The sea in this part of Bucerías is normally very quiet and both the pedestrian access and the beach are well cared for by the condominiums in the area.
The property has a garage for two cars and an electric fence system around the perimeter for your safety. Walking you can get to grocery stores and excellent restaurants in the center of Bucerias and on the main avenue.
