Welcome to 156 Sea Marsh! This beautifully-updated, stylish 2 BR / 2 BA private home is located just a short bike ride from the ocean in the West Beach. Boasting gorgeous views of Cougar Point Golf Course, this home has an expansive deck with gorgeous private pool- perfect to enjoy the serene surroundings of Kiawah Island. The well-appointed, modern galley kitchen opens to the living room, with the adjacent dining room offering seating for 6. The living room offers an abundance of natural light and comfortable furnishings with a large, flat screen TV. New Sonos music system provided for use 2017!
 
Private located on opposite ends of the home. To the right is the master suite with king bed and direct access to the deck and pool via sliding glass doors. The bathroom is located just outside, in the connecting hallway offering a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed with ensuite bath, flat screen TV and direct access to the expansive deck. Located in this bedroom is also a convertible bed- it transitions from a seat to a twin bed for an additional sleeping accommodation.

Perfect spot for our family of 4!


We loved everything about this rental. The location was convenient to the gate and Freshfields, yet felt quiet and private. (We hardly noticed the other houses around us!) The pool provided a peaceful place to relax with our teenagers and the deck had a nice view of a course. The kitchen was update and furnished with everything we needed. Great TV set up made the rainy days fun for movies. We will be back, for sure!

Exceeded our Expectations


Perfect Location...Perfect vacation for our family. We used to vacation in Kiawah every Fourth of July when our daughter was young...now she accompanied us with her husband and baby. Thank you for the wonderful memories. Very well equipped kitchen. I would have loved to have a waffle maker, perhaps it was there and I did not locate it. Loved \"Lokal\" restaurant at Bohicket Marina... great seafood and service in an informal atmosphere. We can\'t wait to come back to 156 Sea Marsh Drive. Many thanks!!!!! The Burkes

Relaxing and Enjoyable


The home was perfect for our family. Golf course location, private pool and quiet location. All amenities you could ever need were no more then 2-miles away. Access to five championship golf courses in a beautiful setting. The resort community offers so many other wonderful summer activities., biking, hiking, boating, fishing, tennis and the list goes on. I would highly recommend Pam Harrington and her teams services. We had a small issue with the internet service and they had someone over to the house within an hour. Issue resolved. I can\'t say enough about the home, the resort community and the complete services of Pam Harrington and her team.

Wonderful Stay


My family of 4 spent a week at 156 Sea Marsh Drive in July. The house was perfect for our needs with the plunge pool being a real bonus in summer. The inter-connectivity of the deck, lounge, dining and kitchen provided a social family time whether during meals, bbq or just relaxing.
