Great house, great location!


The owner has included everything a guest could possibly need so living is easy! Julie was very helpful and answered any queries quickly. Pool area is lovely and sitting outside watching the sunset over the bay is a delight. The location is great with good restaurants within easy reach and the beach 5 mins by car. Have booked again for next year!

Beautiful setting, beautiful house.


This house is stunning from the moment you arrive. Homely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It feels like home rather than a vacation villa. Can\'t rate it highly enough. Dolphins on cue at the boat dock as we arrived too.

Superb!


No negatives at all. A lovely property in a fantastic location. The house is very well stocked with a big pool in a very well kept outdoor area. All the rooms are decorated to a high standard. The view is stunning with the pier a very nice place to sit and watch the sun rise or set. Great fishing from the pier with lots of wildlife about. The owners could not have been more helpful and were always on hand to answer any questions. We were very sad to leave and will be back soon. Could not recommend highly enough!

Dreamlike house


We had 14 wonderful days in the beautiful house. The pool area with the great view over the bay is simply sensational. In the house itself everything was great and we did not miss anything. The farewell has been difficult and we will certainly come back again. A big thank you for everything.

Fabulous peaceful and picturesque location


We stayed for 2 weeks in June and what a wonderful time we had. We travelled as 4 adults and this was the perfect location to unwind and relax. The highlight for me was the dolphins swimming by and performing for us. The fishing pier is perfectly located enabling you to feel you\'re actually amongst the dolphins. We are planning to return in 2020. This is the best villa we have stayed at in Florida and we have been in a few..! The pictures do not really do it justice - the outside space is absolutely stunning. You will not be sorry you\'ve booked

A perfect home in a great location!


We had a fantastic week in this lovely home. The views are amazing from every room. We had everything we needed plus. I appreciated the little things that made getting settled easier. The pool and spa were perfect! We rented kayaks for the week and explored the bay. We watched dolphins from the pool, dock and kayaks. Shopping and dining were close as well as the beach. It was absolutely wonderful!!!

Amazingly beautiful home and pool


From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had chosen the right house. The house is so beautiful, so clean, so light and cheerful and the views out on the water are fantastic! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE! The house is located close to the beaches and grocery, etc. Julie was wonderful to work with and David and Susan were only a phone call away in the area if we had any questions. The time went by too quickly and we were very sad to leave. We hope to return next year and definitely plan to stay longer!

Amazing house!!


From the moment we drove up to this house, it was simply amazing! The description and pictures do not do this house justice. It has everything you will need for your vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and the pool has any toy or float you will need. And it\'s also a quick drive to any retail stores or restaurants, as well as the beach. There\'s a pier in the back where you can fish or just relax and look for dolphins that will swim by. This was the BEST vacation house we have ever stayed in! Julie did an amazing job keeping me informed on the details of the house rental and following up to see how the trip went. The next time we\'re in this area, we will definitely be coming back here!
